We're Not 'Phone Chargers' - Unlike Some Other Airlines

An investigation published today by Which? Travel has found that Jet2.com is the only one of the UK’s five biggest airlines to not charge customers extra for booking by phone.

Their research has found our competitors charging customers up to £20 extra for booking over the phone. Jet2.com, a Which? Recommended Provider and Which? Travel Brand of the Year, does not charge customers extra for booking by phone. We understand that not all customers book online, and they should not be charged extra for doing so.

Travel Brand of the Year, and we earned this recognition because we always put our customers first. Charging extra to make a booking by phone is the absolute opposite of good customer service, and is unfair on those customers who do not or cannot book online. I am sure those customers will be shocked at this survey, and will be pleased to know that Jet2.com does not unfairly penalise them for booking by phone.”
