We are Which? Travel Brand of the Year!

We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded Travel Brand of the Year 2018 at this year’s Which? Awards.

The independent awards celebrate organisations that are rated highly by Which? members and researchers, for providing the very best products and services.

The winner is chosen after a rigorous process which includes research, testing and endorsements (such as Best Buy and Recommended Provider status) by Which? experts, as well feedback from Which? members and paying customers throughout the year.

We beat a number of well-known brands to be awarded the prestigious title of Travel Brand of the Year 2018, and received particular praise for our dedication to customer service and quality. In addition, we were also praised for becoming the first company to drop credit card charges on all flights and holiday bookings.

Steve Lee, Commercial Director of and Jet2holidays, who collected the award said: “We are very proud to be named Which? Travel Brand of the Year, as it is a ringing endorsement of the service that we give our customers. These coveted awards are given to organisations that provide the very best customer experience, and it shows that our investment and hard work into delivering a VIP experience is working.”

This recognition comes on the back of receiving prestigious ‘Which Recommended Provider’ status for the past two years.

The award is the latest of a number of other recent successes. Earlier this year, scooped four accolades at the 2018 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice™ awards for airlines (Best Airline - UK, Best Low-Cost Airline - Europe, Best Economy Class - Europe, and Top 10 Airlines in the World). In January, the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI), published by The Institute of Customer Service, named Jet2holidays as the 9th best company in the UK for delivering high quality customer service.
