Primary School Pupils Put Top

Pupils in one West Yorkshire town are flying on aeroplanes more often than any other according to a survey.

A survey asking pupils at Eldwick Primary School in Bingley, Bradford which airline they flew on the most, showed 60% of the pupils regularly took off with This was streets ahead of Thomas Cook who was next with 20% of the votes.

Whilst might have collected numerous awards, it is receiving recognition such as this that means just as much.

The survey was carried out by pupils, Charlie and Simon from Miss Diane Haggar’s class and sought the views of their 25 class mates. An impressive 15 of them said that they flew with regularly.

Sometimes the best judges are the customers themselves so this survey serves as an encouraging barometer of what youngsters in West Yorkshire think. Being’s base, it’s a proud achievement that the pupils at Eldwick Primary School think so highly of the airline.

Of course one of the reasons that so many of the pupils regularly fly with could be the generous offering of destinations available from the airport, an offering that has just been increased with addition of Berlin for 2012.
