We have added to our vast award collection, after Jet2.com
once again outperformed other short-haul airlines when it comes to customer
experience and customer satisfaction - picking up a prestigious British
Travel Award in the process.

Beating a number of other airlines, we have been recognised
by holidaymakers to be named Best Short-Haul Airline at the annual
awards held in London.
Over 400,000 consumers voted for their favourite travel
companies between July and September this year, giving their verdicts on
airlines, and we are pleased that our VIP customer service has been recognised once again.
This, combined with our family friendly formula, great
flight times and friendly low fares, has seen us win a number of other notable accolades including Best Short Haul
Airline at this month’s Telegraph Travel Awards, five awards at the 2019
TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards (Best Airline – UK, Best Airline –
Europe, Best Low Cost Airline – Europe, Best Economy Class – Europe and Top 10
Airlines of the World). We have also been awarded Which? Recommended Provider status
for the past three years running, and were recently recognised by The Institute
of Customer Service for being the best UK airline for delivering excellent
customer satisfaction.
As we will
operate a fleet of over 110 aircraft from Summer 20, flight-only customers with
Jet2.com and package holiday customers with Jet2holidays
can choose from holidays of any duration to suit them. This gives them complete
flexibility over where and how long they would like to holiday for, as well as
being able to enjoy all our award-winning benefits.
