Jet2.com and Jet2holidays has once again been named as one of the top brands in the country for delivering excellent customer service.

Ranking at number 20 out of a total of 315 brands in the 2019 UK Customer Experience Excellence Analysis, we are delighted to have climbed nine places since 2018 and now feature in the top 20. This makes us the best short-haul airline and best short-haul operator in the UK.

The research by KPMG Nunwood analysed over 2,000 brands across 20 markets and collected results via an online survey where over 10,000 UK customers were interviewed. To participate in the research and to be able to respond to questions on a specific company, respondents must have interacted with that company in the last six months. 

This latest recognition proves yet again that our commitment and investment into delivering an award-winning VIP experience is working and is a huge hit with our customers.
