Christmas in Barcelona is a magical time with lots of festive little markets going on around the Spanish capital. By far the biggest and most popular is the Fira de Santa Llucia, which takes place outside Barcelona Cathedral in the Plaza de la Seu.

The market is one of the oldest in Spain, dating all the way back to 1786 and attracts shoppers from all over Europe.
