21st November 2008

Travellers will now have the choice of over 100 hotels across Europe's finest cities!

Dining on the banks of the River Seine or visiting The Coliseum, are just two experiences for travellers to enjoy following the launch of Jet2holidays.com's first ever 'City Breaks' packages, which include both flights and accommodation.

The North's leading tour operator is offering three-night package breaks from a bargain £169* per person having responded to customer demand for ATOL-protected trips to some of Europe's finest city locations.

With a choice of destinations including, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris, Prague, Palma, Nice, Venice and Rome from five UK airports, travellers have a selection of over 100 two-star to five-star hotels to choose from.

One of the most appealing offers is a three-night trip to Paris from Leeds Bradford for a bargain £204** per person, which departs in January 2009 and includes two-star accommodation in the French capital's Montparnasse area.

Jodie Harris, Marketing Manager at Jet2holidays.com, said: "This is the first time we have offered bespoke city breaks for our customers and have selected a range of destinations, which should be popular for travellers wanting a long weekend away.

"Our decision was partly made due to a flood of requests via our call centre for ATOL-protected breaks. As ever, we believe it is crucial to gather ongoing feedback and are glad to be providing yet more holiday options for our loyal customers."
